Banana Strawberry Melon Smoothie - Low Fodmap

Ingredients
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 4 halved medium strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced cantaloupe 
  • 200 ml filtered water
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 1 TBS flax seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Note- I freeze all my fruit so I do not need ice in my smoothies 

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, cantaloupe , coconut water, flax seeds and maple syrup. 
  2. Add filtered water a little at a time until you get your desired consistency (You may end up using less or more water depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies.
  3. Continue to blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve.
