Ingredients
- 1 sliced banana
- 4 halved medium strawberries
- 1/2 cup diced cantaloupe
- 200 ml filtered water
- 100 ml coconut water
- 1 TBS flax seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Note- I freeze all my fruit so I do not need ice in my smoothies
Directions
- In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, cantaloupe , coconut water, flax seeds and maple syrup.
- Add filtered water a little at a time until you get your desired consistency (You may end up using less or more water depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies.
- Continue to blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
