Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

This dip is very satisfying for your sweet tooth, it tastes as if chocolate chip cookie dough and cheesecake had a baby, you are not suppose to eat raw cookie dough but you can eat this as is, you will love this recipe as did everyone I shared it with! Trust me I was just trying to be a nice hostess or I would have eaten it all by myself, luckily this recipe makes a lot of dip so I had a little left over for breakfast and lunch!

Some of the ingredients you will need to make this dip are chocolate chips, cream cheese, New York Cheesecake Mix and whipped cream, sorry I forgot to add the whipped cream in this picture.

You will need to boil 1/4 a cup of water.

Carefully pour the boiling water into a mixing boil as it is HOT!

You will need to purchase the New York Cheesecake Mix
 from Mixed Not Stirred

Open your package of New York Cheesecake Mix carefully with a pair of scissors.
Pour your package of New York Cheesecake Mix into the bowl with HOT water.

Mix the New York Cheesecake Mix into the HOT water.

You need to keep mixing this mixture until the New York Cheesecake Mix dissolves.

Add cream cheese that has been sitting on the counter for at least 30 mins to soften. You may use full fat or low fat etc. Just use your favorite cream cheese in this dip.

Mix the cream cheese into the hot water mixture until it is lump free and smooth.
Add your whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture, and fold it in carefully until combined.

Add 1/2 a bag of chocolate chips to the dip and fold in carefully. You may use whatever type of chocolate chips you like I choose to use milk chocolate and it was a nice sweet treat! Also you can use as much or as little chocolate chips as you like.

Transfer your dip to the serving dish of your choice, making sure to smooth the top of the dip down. Then add more chocolate chips to the top to finish this dip. I used the left over 1/2 of the bag of chocolate chips however you may use as much or little as you like.

I recommend chilling this dip for at least 30 minutes before serving if you have the time, 2 hours is Ideal, you may also make it from the night before and refrigerate it until it is needed, if you do this I would suggest letting the dip sit out for 15 minutes before serving it if possible. Note: If you need to just make this to please guests right away it is still very delicious if you serve it instantly after you make it. Serve it with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, cookies, animal crackers, pretzels, fresh fruits, etc. This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip is guaranteed to please so dip anything you like into it, my children were happy to dip their spoons and fingers into this dip once our graham crackers were done! I hope you enjoy this recipe.
