I had the opportunity to try Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds for free, thanks to Socialnature, they taste and smell very nutty. I think they are awesome to add to products to give you that added digestive boost, they are great for your heart and skin as well. Feel free to experiment with different flavour combinations as I did, I added the Hemp seeds to cookies, muffins, pancakes, smoothies and yoghurt, my favourite way to enjoy them were just sprinkled on my yoghurt, I found that the best way to really get to savour that nutty flavour and texture of the Hemp seeds. I would recommend these Hemp seeds to everyone, and would bet you could add it to many different dishes and drinks, I would imagine you can add them to anything you would add flax seeds or chia seeds etc. or even dishes and drinks you would add nuts to, these Hemp seeds are so convenient and simple the sky is the limit to what you can add them too, but don't forget they are also great all alone. I will most definitely purchase this brand of Hemp seeds again and recommend you try them too, they're really great.
